Lin Xiaoman, the "Zero-Mistake Queen" of an ad agency, turns her life into a minute-perfect "formula"—she rejects her boyfriend's proposal for a billion-dollar project, stays up all night with coffee, and even puts her best friend's birthday at the bottom of her to-do list. But on the day of the pitch, she faints and wakes up in a "perfect world": the pitch is approved first try, her boyfriend acts like a compliant robot, and coffee is always 40℃. However, she soon finds this world has no "emotions"—her best friend doesn't stomp her foot when stood up, her boyfriend doesn't furrow his brow over her overtime, and even her favorite strawberry cake becomes a "zero-calorie perfect version" that tastes like wax. Then a mysterious old man appears with "imperfect fragments": "Extremes meet—perfection is the anesthetic that kills life." To regain real warmth, Lin starts "causing trouble": being late to make colleagues panic, eating overly sweet cake, and having her first fight with her boyfriend... Along the way, she realizes those "imperfections" she tried so hard to erase are the hottest烟火气 (warmth) in life.
