Lin Wan, the female chairman, goes undercover as an ordinary customer to investigate her beauty salon after a string of complaints. She runs into Su Xiaoyu, the newly appointed “tough-as-nails manager,” who mocks her as a “troublemaker customer” and even tries to kick her out.
