Lin Dashan was ruthlessly kicked out by his own son for seizing family property. Stranded in the deep mountains, he accidentally awakens the Mountain God Seal, gaining the ability to communicate with all creatures. Noticing a poaching gang destroying the mountains and monopolizing underwood industries, he secretly guides villagers to develop ecology-based industries for extra income and stops poachers with birds and beasts, becoming a mountain guardian. His son, who once despised him and took away property, is now ruined and kneels to beg for his return, leaving Lin torn between family affection and his responsibility to protect the mountains.
