Programmer Lin Mo is coerced by a mysterious system: either he is fired by female CEO Su Wan to get 100 billion bonus, or he dies on the spot. To save his life, he musters courage to scold his boss. Surprisingly, Su Wan is also bound to the same system—its rule is: “The harder employees scold, the stronger the boss becomes.” Lin Mo’s plan to escape via being fired is ruined, and he’s firmly bound to Su Wan by the system, trapped in a dead end where he can’t leave even if he wants to.
