Lin Shen, the "slow doctor" in a community clinic, is actually a former "all-round consultant" for an international organization—his medical skills can save dying people, his multilingual ability can crack confidential codes, and his combat skills can defeat several enemies. A counterfeit medicine case breaks the peace: Grandma Zhou, who often comes for free clinics, falls into a coma after taking fake health products, and thugs come to threaten silence. Lin Shen is forced to reveal his strength: he revives the old lady with acupuncture, subdues the thugs with combat, and uncovers a transnational counterfeit medicine chain from the multilingual emails in the thug's phone. At this time, Su Xiao, a reporter investigating the case, believes he is an "inner ghost", but during tracking, she witnesses him taking a knife for a chased informant; a long-lost comrade suddenly returns, bringing a death threat from the幕后 boss... When the "recluse" is forced to the front by darkness, he will use his all-round means to overthrow the dirty interest network in the city.
