Lin Chuan, a diviner just down from the mountain, is hit by Su Wan, the daughter of a North River jewelry tycoon. For compensation, he’s forced to be her personal consultant. He thought it’d be a quick “debt collection,” but his skills—reading jade via physiognomy and appraising antiques by bone-touching—lead him to expose the group’s fake jade conspiracy and antique schemes, even helping Su Wan retrieve her family heirloom jadeite. Yet as truth unfolds, he finds this “compensation” links to his sect’s destruction a decade ago: Su Wan’s father was involved in a treasure heist back then! When the debt collector becomes a guardian, when physiognomy uncovers old secrets, can Lin Chuan uncover his sect’s revenge while stirring North River’s风云, and handle his budding feelings for Su Wan?
