Lin Chuan is a young man from the mountains who just arrived in the city. His sister Xiaotang suddenly develops leukemia and needs 300,000 yuan for surgery—he still lacks 100,000 yuan even after trying everything. While squatting in the hospital corridor late at night, his phone suddenly pops up a "Lucky System" binding prompt: the system can guide him to do just things in exchange for rewards. The next day, the system prompts: "There's a pickpocket in the southwest alley—chasing him will get you money to save your sister." Lin Chuan chases after him, only to find drugs in the pickpocket's bag! By following the clue, he helps the police take down a million-yuan drug trafficking gang and gets a 100,000 yuan reward. But just as he's about to pay the surgery fee, the system warns: "The mastermind hasn't been brought to justice—the reward will be recovered in 24 hours." With his sister's life on a countdown and the system's demand for justice, Lin Chuan must choose within a day: take the money to save his sister, or continue to dig for the truth?
