Business tycoon Gu Chengyuan loses his memory in a car accident and forgets Su Wan, his wife of three years. Yet during his recovery, he grows attached to this "strange woman"—she pats his back gently when he has nightmares, picks out every bit of cilantro he hates, and hands him a warm cocoa with a smile when he throws a tantrum. But when his memory returns, Gu Chengyuan is hit with the cruelty of his past: he called her a "clinging dodder", crushed the wedding ring she held during her miscarriage, and even left her waiting in the rain for three hours on her birthday. Watching Su Wan now avoid him like the plague, Gu Chengyuan tears up the divorce papers with red-rimmed eyes: "I was blind before. Now I’ll make up for everything I owe you with my whole life—can you… love me again?"
