Xiao Lin, a gentle taxi driver, accidentally witnesses his wife Su Xiao, a copywriter, being humiliated by Zhou Zimo, the arrogant young master of a local group, at a club entrance. Zhou was furious because Su refused to rewrite a proposal for his private amusement, and pushed Su to the ground. Unable to hold back his rage, mild-mannered Lin rushed over and beat Zhou thoroughly in the mud, making the rich young master lose face badly and cut his mouth. The onlookers were in an uproar; Lin left with his frightened wife, leaving Zhou angry and scared. This bold counterattack from the underclass against the powerful quickly became a hot topic online.
