Lin Man, a young girl who brought 100 jin of homegrown fresh vegetables to the city market, was maliciously weighed by a corrupt vegetable tyrant who deliberately short-changed her by 50 jin. In the heat of the dispute, she smashed the illegal scale on the spot, accidentally uncovering a dark monopoly vegetable distribution chain. Initially only wanting to get her fair payment, she embarks on a path of defending rights and counterattacking. From fighting individual profiteers to taking down the entire illegal racket, she single-handedly unites wronged farmers and consumers to strike back, finally forcing the greedy profiteers to return all ill-gotten profits, every penny included.
