Retired 'tool genius' Lin Shen, who retreated to a hardware store after a mission failure years ago, suddenly receives a distress video from his missing comrade—she's kidnapped, and the ransom is a 'weapon-free rescue.' Forced to use everyday items like a wrench-turned-lockpick and a baking soda-vinegar explosive to crack the crisis, Lin Shen soon discovers the kidnappers' real target is the 'secret' he hid years ago—the true reason his comrade got hurt. A game of redemption and revenge, every tool is a key to the past.
