A rebellious transfer student Lin Ye enrolls in a key high school, repeatedly breaking rules and openly challenging his new head teacher Su Wan, determined to test authority. Beneath Su Wan’s gentle look lies her tough discipline: she takes Lin Ye’s comics but uses their knowledge to improve his liberal arts, stumbles on his truancy while helping him get back his stolen basketball, and repeatedly deflates Lin Ye’s arrogance. Lin Ye gradually realizes that this unruly-taming teacher understands adolescent confusion better than him, and their initial confrontation turns into a warm support for each other’s growth.
