Lin Xiaoman, a mischievous high school student, dreads her older brother Lin Xiazhi’s “daily sister-pranking schemes”—hiding her comic collection, replacing her milk tea with bitter melon juice, even pretending to be her to text her crush, “I don’t like him at all!” Every time Xiaoman storms in with “evidence” yelling, “Dad! My brother’s pranking me again!”, their dad Lin Jianguo fake-judges while secretly winking at Xiazhi—turns out, the pranks are hidden care: hiding comics to stop her staying up late, changing her drink because she’s coughing, and the text because the boy isn’t sincere. But when Xiaoman finds her 3-month-saved concert ticket “stolen” and cries to confront Dad, she stumbles backstage—there’s Xiazhi with the ticket, beside her favorite singer, and an unspoken “Happy Birthday”.
