Zhao Zao'er, a dedicated emergency room doctor famous for her endless night shifts, gets a surprise one late evening—a patient named Dong Chi, drunk but clutching her high school ID like a lifeline. When Dong Chi wakes, he insists, "I've been looking for you for ten years," yet Zao'er has no memory of this man with deep, soulful eyes. Even stranger, Dong Chi seems to know every little detail about her: her love for half-sugar pearl milk tea, her fear of the dark (so she sleeps with a nightlight), and the mint candies she always carries on shifts. When he takes her back to their high school sycamore tree and digs up the "time capsule" they buried a decade ago, Zao'er’s forgotten memories flood back—the "little crybaby" she saved under the moonlight has grown into a man determined to protect her like the moon. But their happiness is short-lived: Dong Chi’s family pressures him to return for an arranged marriage, and Zao'er is dragged into a medical dispute scandal. Can they hold onto their long-awaited "moonlight" amid the chaos?
