After her father vanished inexplicably during a freak sandstorm ten years ago, scattering only scraps of his work clothes on the wind, an obsessed daughter believes he was swept into a time-space rift. Returning to the desolate desert town as an adult, she realizes she alone witnessed his body disintegrating like dust. Now, eerie off-key nursery rhymes float through the ruins whenever gales return. Dismissed as delusional, her world fractures when a crackling radio suddenly transmits a broken voice during a storm: "Sweet pea... Dad can't put himself back together..." Is this her chance to reconstruct her father from the wind-scattered clues, or the devastating proof that her deepest hope was just a childhood fantasy?
