Lin Xiaoman, a 996 office drone, is losing hair after seven straight days of insomnia. At 3 AM, while typing code, a "Sleep Recovery System" pops up on her phone—her sleep has been stolen by "Mengmo Envoys" to exchange for others' "wish coins"! Desperate for sleep, Lin becomes a "sleep detective": tailing the sleep-stealing courier to a late-night store, uncovering her neighbor's secret of trading sleep for the square dance C位 (center position), and catching her boss exchanging three months of sleep for a general manager role! Every time she messes up, a cold-faced guy Gu Chuan shows up—he's a "Sleep Guardian" sent by the system! As she digs deeper, Lin finds a bigger conspiracy: someone is collecting the city's sleep to awaken a "desire monster"! What started as a quest for sleep turns her into the city's "sleep hero"—and she's ready to laugh while exposing this game of dreams and desires!
