Ji Xing, a workplace rookie, looks like a timid nobody but actually has a unique counterattack trick—whenever provoked maliciously, she always hits exactly where it hurts (specifically the face), leaving her provokers publicly humiliated. She just wants to quietly finish her probation period to get a formal position, but accidentally "hits" the playboy friend of the newly appointed director, thus getting caught up in the workplace undercurrent. Surprisingly, the director seems to have been observing her special ability, and the two go from being at daggers drawn to cherishing each other, kicking off a funny, sweet and twisty workplace counterattack journey.
