In 2026, Su Wang, a talented musician stuck in a creative slump, accidentally touches a Tang Dynasty fragment of *The Song of Everlasting Sorrow* in a museum and travels into poet Bai Juyi's literary world, witnessing the thousand-year tragedy of Yang Yuhuan's death at Mawei Slope. Meanwhile, an archaeological team excavates a Tang tomb beside Mawei Slope, whose clues subtly overlap with Su Wang's time-traveling timeline. He tries to rewrite the tragic fate between reality and illusion, only to find his creative inspiration was already locked by the regret a thousand years ago, launching a quiet cross-temporal redemption journey.
