After a car accident during the May Day holiday, the female lead comes home and finds her family members vanishing eerily one by one in the kitchen. Terrified she’s haunted, she hears familiar laughter from the kitchen. It turns out the whole family is pulling off an elaborate “exorcism” show to help her get over the accident’s psychological trauma. Their “disappearance” is a well-planned plot full of deep love, with a warm and funny twist, leading to a sweet ending.
