Lin Xiaoman, an overworked office drone, receives a box of old items after working overtime until midnight. Suddenly, the vintage walkie-talkie inside crackles to life—it’s her 18-year-old self from ten years ago! To make it even crazier, her phone pops up with the “Echo System”: help the past “Little Xiaoman” fulfill uncompleted regrets, and she’ll unlock real-life counterattack buffs. So she starts guiding her younger self to reject school bullying and courageously pursue her crush Gu Chenyu, while watching her present life turn upside down: her abusive supervisor suddenly becomes obsequious, the hidden menu at the楼下 milk tea shop is free for her, and even Gu Chenyu, who disappeared years ago, becomes her boss? But as the “past” changes more, the walkie-talkie’s sound starts to fade, and the system warns “Echo Overload”—she has to choose between “fixing regrets” and “saving her current self.” And on the back of a photo in the old box, there’s Gu Chenyu’s handwriting: “I’ve been waiting for your echo for ten years.”
