Modern office worker Lin Mo is transported to a remote ancient village, where a once-in-a-millennium white blizzard strikes. The whole village insists on praying to gods instead of preparing for the cold, deeming his move madness. Knowing the catastrophe is imminent, Lin Mo dismantles his ancestral house to build an insulated igloo, earning curses from all villagers. When the polar night falls, the blizzard engulfs the village, villagers freeze to death one after another. Lin Mo, however, stays safe and warm in his sturdy igloo, feasting happily, completing a bizarre yet cruel survival comeback.
