Top gun pilot Lin Wei awakens in her 1995 fatal crash. While saving herself, she rescues a comatose stranger—later revealed as tech magnate Gu Yu, future owner of her airline. Hired as the first female pilot in the male-dominated aviation industry, she uses her foreknowledge to prevent the airline's collapse. Unbeknownst to her, Gu Yu's study hides a yellowed newspaper detailing her heroic death in the original timeline. When rivals frame her for sabotage, Gu Yu proposes a dangerous bargain: "Clear your name by marrying me." Tracing her pilot wings in the cockpit, he murmurs, "The night you saved me... who's the Captain Gu you cried out for?"
