Young florist Shen Fang accidentally travels back to the late Spring and Autumn Period while repairing an ancient ancestral temple engraved with Spring and Autumn patterns, after touching a bronze incense burner on the altar. Amidst chaotic warlord wars and destitute people's lives, she uses modern floral art and botany knowledge to grow rare fragrant flowers in the wilderness, ruins and military camps. She even saves a young lord who looks exactly like her archaeologist boyfriend who has been missing for half a year. Torn between finding her way home and facing strict Zhou rites and war threats, Shen Fang gradually realizes that as long as you have love in your heart, there will be fragrance everywhere no matter which era you are in.
