Lin Xiaoai, a young village doctor returning to her hometown for internship, accidentally awakens a special ability: she can see accurate disease diagnoses, development stages and corresponding treatment plans through villagers' bodies in the form of "disease entries". Initially flustered by this "weird" ability, she meets Granny Chen who has been coughing repeatedly but insists it's just a minor ailment.
