Middle-aged fruit shop owner Lin Mo has always been an honest and law-abiding community man who endured the blackmail and bullying of local thugs for years, just wanting to run his shop and live a peaceful life with his sister he raised alone. Everything changed when his sister was brutally beaten and disabled while protecting a vendor from the thugs. Fuelled by long-suppressed anger, Lin Mo united other oppressed vendors and underpaid construction workers.
