Lin Mo is a special delivery man who receives "404 orders"—orders from people with unfulfilled obsessions: a son who wants to say "I love you" to his deceased mother, a husband seeking to make amends for cheating, a veteran looking for his missing comrade... He has封闭 his heart since failing to save his girlfriend in a car accident three years ago. Until he meets Su Xiao, a lively trainee reporter—her order is to find her "missing brother". Together, they track down the truth and discover that the brother's disappearance is linked to his girlfriend's accident! As each order is fulfilled, Lin Mo unlocks his past, and Su Xiao's company teaches him to love again. When the final order points to himself—his girlfriend's "last wish" is "to live well", he finally lets go of his obsessions and continues the passionate redemption story of "404 Delivery Man" with Su Xiao.
