Su Xiaotang, landlady of the seaside B&B "Tide Cottage", closed her heart after her fiancé vanished five years ago, living a quiet life with her sick grandma ever since. Lu Shiyan, a top investment banker, fled to the B&B to heal from a career collapse and his father's death—he was prickly and defensive at first, but Su's gentleness and tenacity slowly broke through his walls. They went from bickering to tacit companionship, but just as Lu was about to confess, her ex-fiancé suddenly returned with a child begging for reconciliation, and Lu's mother forced him back home for "family inheritance". Caught between past bonds and unspoken love, how will they find their heart's direction in the seaside wind?
