Five days before a blizzard locks down the city, ordinary young man Lin Mo accidentally learns of the doomsday warning. He converts his family's garage into a solid fortress with limited resources and stocks up supplies for survival. Unexpectedly, his ex-fiancée (who broke off their engagement before) arrives with a fugitive, forcing him to surrender control of the fortress, and malicious relatives take the chance to add insult to injury. In desperation, Lin Mo no longer remains cowardly. He battles the villains with his wisdom and the fortress's mechanisms, launching a counterattack battle about survival, dignity and protection.
