Su Wanwan, a new editor at a publishing house, has a secret she’s kept for three years—she’s secretly in love with Lin Shen, the ice-cold heartthrob from the investment bank next door. Three years ago, Lin gave her a mint candy to relieve her hypoglycemia, and since then, mints have been a constant in her pocket, while her confession poems are filled with imagery of "cool mint fragrance." But Lin always seems unapproachable—until one day, Su finds her lost confession manuscript bound in gold thread, its cover adorned with the mint wrappers she’s saved for years. The "anonymous good samaritan" who brought her hot cocoa during overtime and slipped her an umbrella when she forgot hers? It’s none other than Lin Shen, the man she thought "would never notice her." When Su gathers the courage to confess with her last mint, Lin smiles and pulls out a poetry album full of annotations: "My confession was 365 days earlier than yours."
