Lin Xiaoman, an "invisible" ad agency employee, has been a doormat for 25 years—her ideas stolen, her boyfriend cheated, even the cat avoids her. Until she’s pushed into stepping on a colleague’s limited-edition shoes, and the colleague suddenly pulls out plagiarism proof and begs forgiveness! She discovers her feet have a "scum-punishing power": a "just kick" against scumbags makes them expose sins and get bad luck! She fights back: stepping on the idea thief forces them to read plagiarism chats in a meeting; stepping on her cheater boyfriend makes him cry and pull out Xiaoman’s ring in front of his new love; stepping on her boss gets overdue bonuses and a public apology! But the cost? Every kick requires helping someone: retrieving a pancake vendor’s stall, getting a kid’s toy back. Then she meets Gu Yan, a lawyer immune to her power. From bickering to teaming up with "kicks + law", Xiaoman learns: "Kicking back" is courage, not violence—and true counterattack is finding her own light.
