A violent demon emperor, in urgent need of an antidote to save his life, accidentally brings a stray kitten back to the demon palace, mistaking it for the life-saving cure. Unexpectedly, the kitten emits a unique Henan-accented meow, instantly taming the grumpy demon emperor. He turns from a fierce man who wanted to "cook the cat for medicine" into a "cat slave" doting on the kitten as the supreme auspicious beast of the demon palace. The entire demon palace witnesses this absurd and sweet reversal, getting involved in a fantasy storm combining counterattack, love and rebirth.
