Lin Chuan, an overworked office drone abused by his boss and dumped by his gold-digging girlfriend, stumbles upon an old box that activates the "Trash-to-Gold" system—empty bottles turn to gold bars, broken chairs to gold jewelry, even scrap metal to pure gold. When he earns his first pot of gold, his boss falsely accuses him of theft, and his ex mocks him: "Poor guy pretending to be rich." Lin Chuan slams a gold ingot on the table, turning the tables. But a hidden rule triggers: each use of the system requires helping a struggling worker, or he loses his power. Caught between making money and redemption, Lin Chuan faces villains trying to steal the system. In the end, he becomes a millionaire and sets up a "Worker Mutual Aid Fund," transforming from an oppressed victim to a guardian.
