When Mr. Lin suddenly appears on the streets of Bangkok, his ex-girlfriend Susan's world collapses. The truth behind his disappearance three years ago, the secrets of a cross-border jewelry smuggling ring, and the mysterious man who always shows up in critical moments—all clues point to that premeditated breakup. In this Southeast Asian-style cat-and-mouse game, who's lying? Who's protecting? When Susan tears open Mr. Lin's gentle facade to find gunshot wounds under his shirt, she realizes this reunion is an elaborately staged revenge.
