Talented painter Su Yu was raised by fisherman foster father Zhang Dagen. Her wealthy biological parents abandoned her at birth for their family interests. Twenty years later, as a top artist, Su Yu is found by her biological father, chairman of Lin Group, with huge sums, demanding she return to the Lin family to inherit the business and even give up her foster father. Looking at old photos of her foster father selling fish in rain to fund her art lessons, Su Yu tears up the recognition agreement, proudly refuses her biological parents and declares she only recognizes her foster father. She teams up with underprivileged friends to expose the Lin family’s abandonment secret, starts her career reversal with her talent and slaps the faces of the snobbish Lin family.
