Lin Mo, a burnt-out office worker, stayed up late reading a campus爽文 (power-fantasy novel). When he woke up, he’d transmigrated into Zhou Ye—the “blonde delinquent” in the book, a炮灰 (cannon fodder) who gets humiliated by the main cast and expelled eventually. To rewrite his fate, he tried hard to stay away from the plot, but accidentally saved Su Wan, the campus belle, from bullying.
