Chen Mo, a garage mechanic in the old town of Northeast China, took the blame for his sworn brother five years ago and went to prison. When he returns, he finds his sworn brother dead, his former territory seized by the evil force Zhou Tai, and even his ex-lover Su Xiao is dragged into danger for keeping his relics. Between the jianghu feud of seeking justice and the love of protecting his old flame, Chen Mo has to reawaken his sealed "Northeast Tiger" spirit—starting from repairing the smashed garage, he wins over old subordinates, sees through Zhou Tai's schemes, and step by step reclaims his "power" in the interweaving of ordinary life and underworld wars. But when the truth comes out, his sworn brother's death is actually related to Su Xiao's father? Is his desire to "rule" for revenge, or to keep the last warmth for the land where he grew up?
