Nanzhi, a recent fine arts graduate, joins JIN Group as a design assistant to fund her mother's surgery. She mistakes Jin Yanchuan, the president inspecting incognito, for an "intern"—dragging him to carry proposals and fend off workplace bullies, even tiptoeing to kiss his Adam's apple while drunk, giggling, "Your eyelashes are longer than my eyeshadow brush." Expecting dismissal, she gets an "exclusive hot cocoa" from the president's office the next day, only to be cornered by Jin Yanchuan in the fire escape: "Ms. Nan, you took advantage of me—will you pay it back with a lifetime?" Turns out Jin Yanchuan had long noticed her genius designs hidden in drafts. While helping her expose colleagues' scheme to steal her ideas, he uses sweet, passionate advances to wrap her in his suit jacket. When the underdog girl meets the CEO who's cold outside but clingy inside, this love story of "Jin seizing Nanzhi" had its ending written the day he saw her sketching in the stairwell.
