At the beginning, the protagonist, a runaway despised by all in the wasteland, is betrayed by his teammates and on the verge of death. By accident, he finds scarce resources in a discarded passenger plane. With his ruthlessness and strategy, he gathers scattered refugees to build a survival stronghold, fights against evil forces coveting resources, and forcibly constructs a god-city capable of resisting disasters. He rises from a bullied runaway to a city lord in charge, gains sincere companionship along the way, and embarks on the road to become the hegemon of the wasteland.
