Su Xiaoyu, captain of the urban criminal investigation team, encounters a serial disappearance case. The metaphysical traces at the scene—compass marks, reversed hexagrams—have trapped scientific investigation in a dead end. She is forced to turn to Lin Chuan, a young Feng Shui master who makes a living by street stalls and is rumored to “judge yin and yang”. Lin Chuan initially refuses to get involved, but finds his missing master of years on the list of victims! From bickering as “science believer vs. metaphysics follower”, they team up to crack deadly formations like “Seven-Star Soul-Locking Array” and “Five Elements Soul-Guiding Spell”, gradually uncovering a mysterious organization using Feng Shui for revenge. The truth about Lin Chuan’s master’s death and the old accident of Su Xiaoyu’s father are both linked to this organization… When metaphysical clues point to someone inside the police team, and trusted ones become suspects, can they hold onto their original intentions while breaking the conspiracy?
