Su Xiao, a quirky entertainment reporter, clings to surgical heartthrob Zhou Yanqing—known as the "unapproachable iceberg" whom even hospital nurses have never seen smile—for her story on "the hidden side of the cold doctor." But one rainy night, while avoiding paparazzi, she crashes into Zhou's arms and impulsively kisses him! The next day, she finds herself blocked by Dr. Zhou? To solve the "blocking mystery," Su Xiao camps outside the hospital, pretends to be a patient, and even rummages through trash for clues. Gradually, she discovers Zhou's "coldness" is guilt over his late girlfriend, and the real reason he blocked her is fear of falling in love again. When the straightforward "little sun" meets the self-isolated "iceberg," this love tug-of-war of chasing and healing has just begun.
