Lin Zhaodi, known as the "Super Fist Girl" in the 1970s production team, was rumored to be "husband-oppressing" because of her immense strength and had her engagement broken off three times. Until she met Gu Jingshen, a returned educated youth and factory director investigating a material theft case—he seemed cold on the surface but actually targeted Zhaodi's "super strength" as a key clue. When Zhaodi was framed for stealing cotton and surrounded by a mob, Gu stepped up to defend her and worked with her to unmask the real culprits: the factory secretary colluding with village bullies to frame her. Zhaodi教训ed the bullies with her fists and won Gu's heart with her sincerity. From bickering to solving factory crises together, they broke the "husband-oppressing" rumor, gained love, revived the factory, and became the village's "fortune-making icon."
