A modern biology researcher Shen Yan accidentally travels back to the Cretaceous period. As an infant, she is taken to a nest by A Ba, a Tyrannosaurus rex who mistakes her for its lost cub. Growing up under A Ba’s protection amid the dinosaurs’ suspicion, she uses modern scientific knowledge to solve crises like food shortages and habitat disasters, but is suppressed by conservative elders. Eventually, she wins the whole clan’s trust with her hard-core ability, leads them to avoid extinction, and gains cross-species bonds and love.
