Lin Wan, an ancient painting restorer at the Palace Museum, must confront Gu Jingshen, CEO of the company acquiring her studio, to save it. Expecting a battle with a cold capitalist, she instead finds him secretly protecting her—rejecting the studio’s demolition application, staying up late to help with digital restoration of ancient paintings, and even remembering her childhood favorite peach blossom cakes. When Lin Wan opens the old painting in Gu Jingshen’s drawer, the little girl holding a peach blossom cake is clearly herself! Ten years ago, the lost little Jingshen had hidden the girl who gave him warmth in ten years of waiting. A 'acquisition' misunderstanding becomes a reunion across time, and behind the sweet romance lies a ten-year 'peach blossom' promise.
