Lin Xiaoman, a modern female designer, is tasked with demolishing an ancient shrine on Old Mountain to build a resort, but she faces a string of "odd occurrences": design plans are altered overnight, workers get hurt when touching the shrine, and she repeatedly dreams of a boy in rough cloth.
