Lin Xiaoman, a convenience store owner, stays up late every night to save for her mother’s surgery. One night, Gu Mingyuan—a ruthless real estate CEO planning to demolish the old street—stumbles in drunk and smashes her new moon-shaped lamp. But when Gu moves into the attic as a “tenant,” he discovers Xiaoman’s hidden warmth: leaving hot drinks for delivery workers, knitting nests for stray cats, even preparing hangover tea for him. When the demolition order arrives, Xiaoman stands in front of the excavator with a “Save Our Moonlight” sign. Gu finally realizes: what he’s been chasing isn’t the street—it’s the moon he’s missed for a decade. This time, the regret of the 15th night finally turns into the fullness of the 16th.
