In the bustling old vegetable market, Lin Mo, a newly hired intern, accidentally discovers that the vegetable tyrant Zhang Hei colludes with market management to squeeze vendors via "monopoly pricing" and "tax evasion". This even ties to the old case of Lin Mo's friend Bo Xue, who was framed for "stealing vegetables and embezzling money" and fell to her death three years ago. Unable to tolerate his friend's injustice and the bullying of ordinary vendors, Lin Mo, with his keen observation of every corner of the market, secretly collects Zhang Hei's criminal evidence and struggles with various forces. From an unnoticed intern, he gradually grows into a key figure exposing the hidden truth, finally clearing Bo Xue's name and safeguarding the fairness and justice of the vegetable market.
