Su Xiao, an unemployed office worker, picks up five soft and cute "little babies" late at night, thinking they're unexpected "burdens". To her shock, the babies are actually young ancient divine beasts—there's a little Azure Dragon that controls wind, a Vermilion Bird chick that spits fire, and a little Pi Xiu that can turn into gold ingots... What's more, Gu Yanshen, the CEO of a business empire, suddenly shows up, claiming he's the "Dragon Lord" and Su Xiao is the legendary "Dragon Keeper" destined to nurture dragons! Amidst the healing daily life where the babies compete for her attention, and the CEO's gentle schemes closing in, Su Xiao gradually realizes: this "baby-picking" accident is actually a thousand-year plot by the ancient dragon clan to "find their wife"?
