At 18, Su Wan was framed by her stepsister, leading her first love Gu Nanzhou to disappear after saving her from a sea crash. Ten years later, she returns to Nancheng—the city where the wind always blows south—as "Nanxi," an international designer, driven by a desire for revenge. Upon arrival, she meets Lu Sichen, a business tycoon who just acquired her stepfather's company, and he looks exactly like Gu Nanzhou. Meanwhile, her stepsister continues to smear her, even using "Gu Nanzhou's death certificate" to break her. When Su Wan uncovers the truth—that her stepsister knew Gu Nanzhou was alive all along and had him imprisoned—Lu Sichen's real identity is revealed... He had been waiting, waiting for the wind to blow her back south, waiting for his old love to return.
