Lin Wan, a down-and-out designer from the Chinese mainland, arrives in Hong Kong to raise money for her mother’s medical treatment, working three jobs day and night. By chance, she rescues Lu Jingchuan, a domineering CEO of a top Hong Kong consortium, who’s drunk and pretending to have amnesia after being forced into a marriage by his family. As they live together, Lu is moved by her resilience and secretly helps her restart her design dream; Lin also lets go of her prejudice against “elites” because of Lu’s tenderness. But just as Lin’s design exhibition is about to open, an old feud from the Lu family surfaces—her mother’s car accident years ago is actually related to Lu’s father? In the evening breeze of Victoria Harbour, will love be defeated by the truth, or can they cross the misunderstanding and let the echoes of Hong Kong become the rest of their lives?
