Office worker Lin Xiaoman got blackout drunk on her birthday. When she woke up, she found a thousand-year-old female goblin Qingqiu living in her body—Qingqiu not only controlled her body to prank her mean boss with magic but also insisted on finding her past-life lover in the human world. Forced to share their lives, they navigated chaos: Qingqiu used magic to help Lin Xiaoman fight workplace bullying but accidentally turned a client’s contract into a love charm; Lin Xiaoman taught Qingqiu to order takeout via phone, but Qingqiu almost dismantled a milk tea shop, wondering if the “pearls in milk tea were goblin cores.” However, when Qingqiu found the reincarnation of her past lover—Lin Xiaoman’s cold boss Gu Chuan—she discovered Gu Chuan actually cared about Lin Xiaoman? And the price for Qingqiu to stay in the human world was to take away Lin Xiaoman’s “most precious thing”... From mutual dislike to deep dependence, they finally face the choice: keep the goblin or keep the human?
